After entering real estate in 1982 and selling residential real estate for 10 years, Ronn James started a consumer real estate referral company called Real Estate's Most Wanted. Ronn started screening and referring Realtors to the general public in 1992.

On behalf of each client, Ronn advocated professional and ethical real estate practices. Ronn qualified and approved each Realtor through a detailed screening and verification process beforing offering the Realtor's services. Ronn personally oversaw each client transaction and regularly acted as a real estate "guardian angel" on real estate transactions and interactions between the public and Realtors.
