We recently bought our first home. We were advised by the bank to use Ronn James as our agent because he is honest and has a lot of experience with the real estate market. We took the banks advice and I met with Ronn and he explained everything to me in normal terms not realestate terms.  

Ronn was there for us 24-7 and his list of contacts to do inspections and renovations if needed were awesome. I work weird hours and needed Ronn to do a lot of things to help me aquire this home and he was right by my side the whole time. 

I would strongly recommed Ronn if you have any realestate needs whether you are buying or selling. Having him for my agent was the best thing that I did and I in the end I called him my guardian angel and my friend.
